I think this oughtta put an end to all discussions over the question whether or not there is a certain smoking attitude. Because, after seeing this, I vote: hell yeah, there is! This toddler smokes with the ‘elegance’ of an adult, if you ask me. Wow. Just wow

Agreed. It's crazy. I'm always torn between 'is this a cultural thing' or 'are the parents just nuts'? Clearly giving him one just because he's whining for it is totally douchey but still.
