By saying that I really do love my Dad
I have the need to say this
Because I'm am constantly having to defend that fact to him
I love him
He is My Hero
He is the best Dad I could have hoped to have
and I am grateful to him
and Will prove the fact that I love him some day

And no, I don't think you're overreacting, that was a really immature display of your dad.
But hopefully he'll be coming around?
There are quite some people who doesn't understands diagnoses like Aspergers so your dad isn't alone.

I can't really say I know alot about it
but is it so hard to understand that you can't
hold him to the same standards as everyone else?

Eventually he will
If nothing else he won't complain
