I can't provide details about the meditation I've gone through for the monks clearly stated that it's a matter of a very serious confidentiality. But I'm allowed to say though, that it has brought me peace of mind and helped me cleanse myself with all the evilness inside me.
So yeah. Hopefully I'm a better person now.
