Is it MRSA? Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus?
I've had Staph Aureus before.. horrible. But if you don't have any artificial things in your body (ie: a pacemaker) it is much easier to deal with and such.. and doesn't hit the body as hard.

I really hope it all works out for you. Are you going to be given a PICC line?

It's like a plastic IV they put in your upper arm hooked up to a medicine bag. A homecare nurse changes it every day. It's kinda cool. I'm sure if you google you can find pictures.
