Totally called the Gaiman & Pratchett connection too! :D Fist-punched the air and shouted "Reaper Man!" when the title card aired. And as for the end, when Tessa enfolded Cole in her arms... The Sound of Her Wings, yes? *is delighted*

I fully support the theory that Pam, Ellen and even Tamara are kicking back with some whiskey and possibly even indulging in that strip poker.

The Sound of Her Wings has been in my thoughts throughout S4, now. Simply because of the title card. Tessa, imo, is a wonderful character. Blessedly they didn't kill her, too...

If only I'd dare to try write those three ladies, getting together and chatting away about those Winchester men... :p

Death doesn't ride a pale horse, yo.

In other words, I don't think it's called 'Binky', either. But hopefully said anthropomorphic personification still likes cats. *has been utterly spoiled by the versions offered by Gaiman and Pratchett*

Who doesn't like cats? They're right up there with sharks and snakes in awesomeness!

Hee, you got to watch the whole ep. :) Which reminds me, btw, have you seen Watchmen yet? I assume you have, but...

And Dean recognizes him how? By his smell? Dean's got his own Spidey Demon Sense these days?

There's nothing like torturing souls in Hell to help you to know a man demon.

On their way to Carl Gulley's house, the boys pass Benny's Market - Italian Foods".

Dude, good eyes!! I wouldn't have recognized Benny's Market at all.

I think this a was pretty damn good 'returning from the hiatus' episode. Some answers and a bunch of new questions. Why can't it be next Friday yet?? *grabby hands*

Alas, no. Because despite my love for the novel, I can't imagine sitting still for over two hours... :p But thanks to dear husband, I might have as well seen the movie.

I blame the Benny's Market-thing on the fact that it said 'Italian'. Because I have a soft spot for Italian-things. Besides, without the spotlight-feature, I wouldn't have bothered to check. :p

New week, new ep! *dances around in glee*

As soon as I saw the episode title I thought of Terry and HOPED AGAINST HOPE for a little Discworld Death to guess appear on the show. A vain hope, I know, but damn it woulda been ten kinds of cool.

I miss Pam already. And I miss her even more now that you have put Pam/Ellen/Tamara in my head..... *HOT*

I'm still holding onto the hope that if the Show will give us an anthropomorphic personification of Death, s/he'll like cats. :) Even if it would be a stretch to have him/her call their mounts 'Binky'... ;)

Pam was bloody cool. I haven't tended to whine about the Show's treatment of women, but now it's starting to grate on my nerves. Because the recurring females we do have, Ruby and Lilith? The less said the better, I'm afraid. *hopes against hope to be proven wrong*

Death takes a holiday, a movie from 1934 (remade 1998 as Meet Joe Black with Brad Pitt). But I guess you knew that already.

There might have been some wooting and perhaps some drumming of the bf's arm here when Alistair failed to toss Sam around only to have himself Samexorcised. But no dolphin noises. Not as far as I remember.

Checked that out the first chance I got. Avoided the Brad Pitt-version because... not really the romantic drama-loving type. Though hubs is trying to get me to watch movies featuring American military, and that's... even less appealing.

I'm allowed to act extreme. Just ask hubs. :p
Hormones are funny things. Addictive as hell, too. Never reacted as easily to things as I am these days...
