It's so true, though! I mean, clearly the whole team is doing it, but then Jenny is obvs doing Tony, and Gibbs and Ducky have this beautiful Victorian bromance going on, and Abby is, like, all up on everybody, and, like, if they had No Pants Friday over at Ducky's house every other weekend, I would be utterly unsurprised.

And, yet, the shippers are rabid. IDEK.

I agree. One of the reasons why I decided to even try SGA is because the promo had Mitch and Robert Patrick (only for like five minutes and it was a rip-off. I'm probably the only one that even liked him on the X-Files).

I don't see how anyone can be rabid in regards to shipping with NCIS. There's no clear winner. There's this whole ot4/5/6/7/8/9 thing going on...

IDK, man. The Gibbs/Abby shippers are mean, though. I'm not sure why they're even upset- Gibbs and Abby are all up in each other's business 24/7 as it is!

I can't really comment on ncis because I've not seen one episode of it, ever. Really, have stayed away because some crazy person I knew in a different fandom is now uber into it and, in general, I'd like to avoid this person. o.O

As for your Hot Space Boyfriend...I'm starting to think he's really hot vicariously through you! Now, whenever I see a pic of him I think, "Hmmm, there is a certain quality about him. hmmmmm." It is all your fault and I thank you for it! *Adds him to my super-sekrit collection of older-man crushes*

You know, the NCIS fandom is pretty small, but I feel like fifty percent of them are complete whack jobs. So I feel your pain. But it is a fun show! It's not high art or anything, and it has some big gender issues, but it's really fun and relaxing to watch.

You know, I've just decided to stop pretending like I'm not totally into older guys (which, sidebar: one of the best reasons to watch NCIS: silver fox Mark Harmon). Ever since my devastating high school crush on Michael Palin, I've just been screwed. I encourage you in this behavior as well! Give in to the power of the Space Boyfriend! He is delicious!

I keep looking for the first season of NCIS to start watching, but it apparently doesn't exist online (I don't do the whole torrent thing after getting a nasty virus). I'm gonna have to get it from Netflix, I think.

Heh, I watched some old episode of SGA and saw a scene with Caldwell and Elizabeth and thought to myself, "Holy shit, Sabine is right! They're totally doing it!" No idea why I never saw it before.
