Guerrilla Marketing Gone Too Far?

I'm really not sure what to think of this. On the one hand, this doesn't seem to be real. It looks completely scripted. On the other hand, Slate doesn't put out videos like this for the sake of entertainment - it's a news website. Is this their take on a real marketting scheme ( Read more... )

Oh my... All I can't help thinking is that when Mary finds out, a certain blond is going to end up with a brick bouncing off his forehead. *laughs* It reminds me of some sort of social commentary on how advertising is getting so pushy lately. At least that's what I hope it is.

*laughs* Oh yes, the Lite-Brites! Only in Boston. :D Course, with MIT so close...

Student: "H-hey Professor... Have you seen my latest project? It's a Lite-Brite that transforms into a particle accelerator."
