*snort*

I remember my mom having a cow over slasher flicks...and making Dad cover my eyes during Temple of Doom (he kept his fingers apart and I saw anyway)...but I also was allowed to see Amityville Horror by her (I freaked out...bleeding walls and staircases and HELL NO), taken to the Farnk Langella Dracula at 4 (fine...til the brides showed up with their red eyes, and I freaked because all my Polaroids showed ME with red eyes), and sat between two older cousins during Jaws 3D (mind you, I lived at the beach at the time, and had seen sharks...older cousins are jackasses).

BUT...on the flip side, I let my kids watch The Mummy. And other movies with fantastical violence and those kinds of horror. So this was a really fun look at the parenting.

*grins* ^_^

I have a bad history with horror movies. Being made to sit through "IT" when I was a kid left me with a newfound fear of the dark. And I was 12. O_o I can't imagine having to watch Amityville Horror as a kid. *shudders*

But Richard... well, being the horror movie buff that Lois claimed, I just figure they would have exposed Jason to it early, so he could get acclimated and desensitized to it. :p

Thanks!!

Awwww, that was cute. Thanks I know it is not really your style but you did a great job. I can just see something happening on the screen and Clark jumping and the popcorn going flying everywhere. Ha ha

Maybe Clark would have nightmares. ; Again thanks.

Hehe.. You're certainly welcome, hon! ^_^ I'm just a little rusty, that's all. But I've got another piece in the "One Night" series that I just wrote for a request, and a ton of other Clois requests to do still, so there's hope for me yet! :p

Clark is definitely going to be the one with nightmares, and I think Richard will try hard not to chuckle when that popcorn *does* go flying. I keep thinking that Clark must have a bad startle reaction, like me, when he can't see or hear someone or something coming up on him. A horror movie would be the worst, for that! *huggles him* :p

And thank *you* for a great prompt and the feedback. ^_^ *hugs*

*shivers*

I get scared by horror movies now, never mind as a kid! :)

I bet Clark gets scared, too. ;)

Hehe.. ^_~

I *still* can't handle horror movies (though I managed to watch The Birds just fine a few years ago :p). Poor Clark is doomed. I can just see Jason patting his hand and chuckling at him when he jumps halfway off the sofa. XD

Thanks!!

Well, Clark minds, even if Jason doesn't. I bet that kid is pretty desensitized by now.
That good. It's nice to see Clark interacting with his son. (The one who isn't Kon, I mean.)

I think Clark is deferring to a choice that was made by Lois and Richard long before *he* came back, here. But yeah, Jason has to be desensitized by now, if he's seen Chainsaw and didn't have nightmares. :p It's good to be able to deal with that sort of thing, especially if he's ever going to do the hero thing, like his dad. ^_^

I admit, I have quite the soft spot for Clark and Jason. :)

Thanks!!

I do not like scary movies, I have nightmares for days...

But I liked this! Clark's so cute worrying about Jason! =)

Same here, only my startle reaction gets even worse after watching something scary.

Thank you! Clark loves his son, that's for sure. ^_^
