You're talking about making it look something like 3-Column and The Boxer, right?
The sticky post body, unlike its header, doesn't have a div separate from the rest of the entries, therefore it can't be styled separately.
I toyed with this a little bit last night, but the .datetime div isn't floated separately from the rest of the entry, so it may not be possible to shift it up and down like you want.
Off the edge of what?
So, unfortunately, the stuff you want to do may not be possible with straight CSS. I could figure out how to modify the layout code to do some of them, but if you have only a Plus account, that's not going to help.

2. I figured as much, but wasn't sure
3. I've gotten it to move, but it disappears under the header of the entries
4. I wanted to get the subject text off the edge of the entries, but I figured that out and got it working.
