Yearling - SEPTEMBER 2008

Dec 22, 2009 21:27

The Jellyroll of Trouble comes bearing a new treat.  This solo endeavor comes as a result of just the absolute weirdest thought derailment ever.  It is, at its most fundamental, an overview of the nature of...friendship.

Absofrigginglutely awesome.

(Im)patiently waited for, and, well worth the wait. I need to catch my breath -- and re-read. But wanted to say:

Wow, and
Thank you.

This was very beautiful. Are you ever going to reveal what the first article was about? What incident(s) that happened that Miranda references in the below quote?

Andrea,” the editor commanded the brunette’s focus. “You are not that girl anymore.” Her voice softened just a touch. “Do you understand me? You are Andrea Sachs. Befriender of Devils and Dragon Ladies. You. Are. Not. Her.”

First, thanks for commenting!

Second, the chances are astronomically high that you will, at some point, be able to read that very article.

Thanks again!

I think I have an idea what the article was about. At first I thought it had to do with molestation but after re-reading, I think it has to do with something that starts with the letter E. (I don't want to spoil anyone). Am I right?

I'm not exactly sure what you're referencing, but I don't think it's either of those...

So send me a message, and we can chat about it! :)

*beams* Thanks! I do work on it as often as time allows. And I'm not working on anything ELSE, so this story is where my creative focus is. I just need to spin time in my favor!

Thanks again!
