Rachel and Quinn decide they really liked rollerskating, and start to go to the rink regularly (either together or separately and they meet there)

Rachel's alone with Quinn when she goes into labor and ends up really being a great support to Quinn (maybe she's the only Glee club member that picks up on the fact that Quinn looks like she's in pain or something), so much so that Quinn drags her into the delivery room with her.
