Easy Chicken and Rice Soup

Super easy homemade soup that goes really well with thick crusty bread (I'm partial to sourdough myself). And, yes, you can totally make this in less than an hour.

EDIT: Yeah, this was totally taken from i_rose_i_roared's mom's soup that I had once. It's pretty close to her recipe, I think.

Definitely inspired by your mom's soup. :o)

I actually end up using my homemade Emeril's essence in my soup to spice it up more than your mom's, but I suppose this simplified recipe is your mom's then.
