So. After making a recent Amazon order, they ended up prompting me if I wanted to try another Amazon Prime trial. I had a lot of fun last year with the free streaming when I took them up on it, so I did again... only to find out that pretty much all of the free streaming stuff that had been available last year is not longer free. Ugh. All the ( Read more... )

That does sound like a cute episode!

How aggravating that it's so difficult to find his stuff in the U.S.! And the mess with those Doctor Who DVDs.... Ugh!

Those timelines really are depressing. Man. I just thought the main timeline went along and Link was fine from game to game.

Yessss, you must get that done! And then write more with them!

Did you ever watch Chubasco?

That's good that the other movie was better. Bah, stupid love triangles, though. Worrying about food is a much more important thing! ;)

How much does it cost to buy Mewtwo?

I can definitely understand the struggle. Even though it's exactly the same, it's different because it uses Mario characters.

Yeah. I wonder why they wanted to do that. That's good that your favorite Link has a happy ending, at least. Why is the other the fan favorite? They like the silly cartoony stuff?

Yes, you must! Simon is wonderful in it!

LOL. (Poor character. Ugh, I get sick of that trope.)

Yeah, it doesn't seem too worth it when you know you won't be using him much. Even $5 can be valuable.

Indeed. The Hero of Time is a fan favorite because he was the good-looking hero for the latter half of Ocarina of Time (the cartoony Link is from the timeline where he disappears after going back. Toon Link does have his fans, but he is not the Hero of Time. I know, it's complicated, but Zelda sends the Hero of Time back to the past as a kid again because he missed out on 7 years of his life while being kept in stasis for that long when he drew the Master Sword--in doing so, she created a paradox. The cartoony style one is called the Adult Timeline, as that is the Hyrule left behind when the adult Hero of Time vanished because he got sent back to the past to live out a normal life (the Child Timeline), and Majora's Mask and his eventual death happen during the natural course of his life in the Child Timeline. As for why they chose a cartoony art style for the Adult Timeline games, I haven't the foggiest, but that style does have its fans.

Ah, sounds great!

(*hugs*)

Indeed.

Last I checked, Daily Motion had most of the Classic Who episodes available. Lately I've been getting most of them on interlibrary loan, because I've gotten Mom into it but she refuses to watch TV on the internet ( ... )

True, but the quality on Amazon was much better. And DM is buggy as all get-out, for me ( ... )

I'm sorry to hear that. :( Maybe you could do what I do and see if you can get them through interlibrary loan? Also, I'm sure if you asked around on Tumblr you cound find ten other sources ( ... )

That could work...

More like considering it's Classic Who, it'll take them a lot longer. Didn't take them long at all to get any of the NewWho eps released, did it? -.-

Well, write for whatever inspires you!

And yep, that info was in Hyrule Historia. It's reduced price on Amazon ($20 from the $35 list price) so it's a good deal. Make sure you have shelf space, though. It's HUGE. I greatly underestimated the size when I got it and was surprised to get a hulking great book in the mail days later.

I don't have all the mangas, though; I only have the ones for the games I own that are available.
