My teeth sockets kind of ache. I'm only on ibprofen now, though, so that's good. Unfortunately I sometimes "forget" that I need to be careful still about what I'm eating and start chewing on hard things that I have no business chewing on. I'm almost given up on my low-sodium diet despite the fact that my check up to see if my blood pressure has improved is just this coming Monday. I only found out today that the milk I drink has 120 mg of sodium in it, and since I drink milk every day at breakfast, I've been miscalculating my sodium intake every single day ( Read more... )
