Hound as a spy is an interesting idea. Only ever seen one other try it. Sadly, they haven't updated that piece in some time.

I do like how you presented it. It would certainly be very easy for Hound to pass as a spy, as he travels around quite a bit. Who would even suspect it of him?

Traveling is the perfect cover - and he really does enjoy exploring.

If it helps, it's only the one that I know of. On Ao3, I believe. And Hound's a bit more cruel, there.

Since there is only one, then I'm not jumping on other author's bandwagons.
Either that, or the telepathy that strikes TF fanwriters has missed this twist.
