those crazy europeans and their newfangled ideas, haha. north america is disturbingly behind in its attitude toward drugs (i.e. "war on drugs", what the fuck is that). it's clear from the levels of north american jail population, gang violence, homelessness, OD's, etc, as compared to certain countries which practice decriminalization that something has to change.
