I don't know what kind of response he got from Continental, (according to Snopes, this was an actual letter) but he has definitely made his rounds via cyberspace.

OMG, that is so disgusting, but the letter and pictures are just hilarious. My favorite part is when he says that the plane is descending so he'll be able to take down his "stink shield", but the scars will remain.

That stink shield was so funny. Poor guy, he's probably traumatized for life now.
