Ruth, my manager gave my a nifty notepad and colored metallic pens so I can draw my way through Japan (ex. draw a martini to find a bar).

I leave Wednesday and I've got to finish packing!

So my first full paycheck was $485.93. After taxes.

Today was good. I made salsa for HOURS. It was quite a workout. I lost weight yesterday too. I sang while working for the first hour or two. Maybe it was the coffee.

Fresh mozzarella is the biggest seller in the cheese deptartment, which means we're constantly packaging it (96 packages at a time, often twice a day).

So my dream:

I was giving the packages of mozzarella a blood transfusion.

I knew I'd be dreaming about cheese soon enough.
