oooh I like it! it's the first DA-fanfic I read so I have nothing to compare it to. (except for some fics I quickly scanned only to find that I couldn't stomach them for various reasons...) anyway I like your characterisations. and I approve +10 for Sten ^__^
also your hints about elven magic make me really curious.

the only thing that irritated me was all the "clutching" of heads. English isn't my native language so I might be wrong but to me "to clutch" something sounds a little rough...

Well then, you definitely need to check out fanfiction.net! Though I'm honored mine made it through the scan! Sten is one of my favorites so I'm thrilled you thought he worked out okay. I'll be delving into Elven magic even more, or at least I hope, once I start getting further into the stories

I see. Thanks for clearing that up. I've been studying English for I don't know how long... I guess during school it must have been 8 years. Ever since then it's been everywhere in my life ^_^ the intarwebs, movies, tv, books, games even... but still with some words I don't know all the connotations and nuances - so I thought I'd ask. With German as my native language (and also my major at uni ^^) English isn't that hard to grasp but I try not to delude myself. I know that there is much more to learn about it still.

I'm looking forward to all of it!
