Halloween Countdown: Horror movie vault

Here are a few half-remembered, little seen, and/or cult horror movies, for those of you looking for alternatives to Saw to the Nth power and the remake/prequel onslaught:

Ooh, what a great list. I've only seen about half of these and I've been bored with my Netflix queue lately. "Cool Air" was definitely my favorite out of the "Necronomicon" anthology. We caught "Splinter" after seeing a trailer for it on another movie. Great stuff. And "Last Man on Earth" is still my favorite adaptation of Matheson's book. Vincent is priceless in that one ;)

My husband is currently hell-bent on a zombie kick because he's designing a new zombie scenario for a game system he designed. I can't say that I'm disappointed. It's a lot more interesting to me than Pancho Villa or some of the other scanrios he's developed.

I had to add "Truth about Demons" too because I'm a big fan of Karl Urban. Can't believe I missed this one! "Sangre Eterna" sounds fun too.
