Last year's total is a low since I started keeping track in 2004. Buying a house and moving really put a crimp in my reading. Also, my much shorter commute reduced the listening time for audiobooks, not that I'm complaining in the least about the aforementioned SHORTER commute. At any rate, my favorites for last year are: The Buckshaw Chronicles

BTW, I got so interrupted by "life stuff," about which there's an update, fyi, that I only read Oryx and Crake and hadn't moved on to the second book. I'm in the middle of The Year of the Flood and am captivated by it...I'll let you know my thoughts at the end!
