All the "prestigious institutions" are Australian. LaTrobe is in Melbourne; the Australian National University (ANU) is in Canberra; all the rest are in Sydney (USYD is University of Sydney; UNSW is University of New South Wales; UWS is University of Western Sydney; SCU is Southern Cross University. Actually SCU might not be in Sydney, now I think about it. It's definitely in New South Wales, but it might be a regional university).
It's a peculiar list of "prestigious institutions". The Sydney and Canberra ones are fine (as far as I can tell), but LaTrobe is definitely not the most (or even the second or third most) prestigious university in Melbourne.
I've never seen an Australian-based meme like that before!
