Pleasure. Reading the constantcon listing reminded me (again) that DnD is generally a capitalist paradise - everything is for sale for cash at standard list prices. That's not even reliably true in the US. So I wanted to do something that would open up the possible problem space of "buying" stuff a bit.

Professionals had already forecast that the upcoming year would be a great year for Real Estate Investments. It would be a great help for those people who are looking for a place to stay.
