Huh? How the hell did Occupied Malachi get to be #4 in Information Technology? Aithne chose options to execute dissidents, ban religions other than the state religion, and regulate the Internet! You'd think information technology in her country would SUCK! *laughs*

...Though she did decline to ban Harry Potter books or trashy soap operas. So maybe she got some points for allowing a certain amount of artistic freedom of expression. Still, though!
