Yes, I got off lightly, especially considering Ze Drama!!! It could have been so much worse. (And next time I'll know to pull over right away and spare my motor *and* my nerves. *g*)

Not a problem re: hosting! ♥ And I'll PM you once I figure out what I want. It's a hard choice. :|

Ahhh, we're both facing car issues, it seems. Mine's just a flat tire so yours trumps mine -- thank god you're all right! D8

Yes! I'm curious what you'll come up with. :-)

God, yes, I'm incredibly relieved the car issue wasn't as bad as it appeared at first. I was lucky, because I could just as well have trashed the entire motor, which, yikes. Monstrously expensive. And I myself was never in any real danger, just got a scare. *g*

Flat tire, huh? Also suckage. Must be bad car karma (carma?) going around...

You should show your car more respect. But I hope the damage (both to 'Baby' and to your wallet) isn't too great. :-)

Congratulations on your new home. :-)

I respect my car very highly! It's a real trooper, doesn't need to be pampered, and just runs, without complaint and with minimal fuss. I consider this proof of the highest moral character in a car.

I'm afraid I've neglected it horribly, though. I should definitely pay more attention, and be a little more free with my affections fresh oil and water and such. It's not getting any younger, after all, and has earned the consideration ( ... )

Me too!!! I was never in real danger, but my car had a really lucky escape. I am *incredibly* glad to have gotten off with one black eye! And I will let it be a lesson to me...

the stress :( I would have pulled over at the first sign of trouble. I'm glad you kept your cool through the most part :D although your car's cooling system seems to have gone bust...

Pulling over at the first sign of trouble would have been the best thing to do! I really could have ruined the motor this way, and it's incredibly lucky only the cooling system bought it. Thanks to my car's robust constitution and a great deal of luck, I got off very lightly. :-)

I am resolved to learn my lesson!!

I'm glad that no damage was done to your motor! :D I've had my own share of car troubles, the most recent of it resulting in me having no car at my convenience (it just wasn't worth the repairs) I subscribe to the... whatchamacallit thing of CONSTANT VIGILANCE!
