You know, this has been going on since November? Him being a rude fucker to me, not the cursing.

And he has gone to the principal. He's been to the principal a few times. But nothing happens. I don't think the teachers are telling her how bad it is/ So I complained to my mother, today, who is in a principal cohort with my school's principal, who can talk to her directly.

Tell him he's lost the privilege of talking during class, then completely ignore everything he has to say.

Then talk to the principal about his behavior issues and see about having a discussion with his parents.

Heh! Remember, I'm working with a seven-year-old--and one-on-one, not in a class. I'm afraid that wouldn't work, telling him he can't talk (though I would love to ignore him. But the thing is that if I do that, he'd just leave. Not kidding.)

He's a smart kid when he wants to (even if he's retarded in math, wth. How in the world does five minus one equal five?). He just treats me like shit.
