Wow - I'd sort of given up hope at ever seeing you around these parts again! I'm glad you're writings still up even if it's hidden, and would love to see anything you decided to write and post in the future. Any chance of further updates, here or at your personal journal? Or is this an "I'm-done-with-LJ" goodbye?

Nah, I think I might get back to LJ. I was kind of messed up last year...and most of the year before that... but I'm in a better place now. Plus, senior year, less homework, less depression, less chance of LJ eating my life.

Hope all's well with you. I do feel genuinely bad about kinda ditching everything. Actually, not everything--I did lurk in places, metaquotes especially. I really want to get back to posting; it was incredibly cathartic.

I missed you, so I'm glad to hear that. =) Also glad to hear you're in a better place.

I'm okay. Graduated as one of three class valedictorians, going to Pomona College in California, writing fanfic and arting and trying to stay on top of stuff. What are your future plans?

Holy snap! You're wicked smart. I'd be jealous if I weren't so damn thrilled for you. My plans are to hopefully beg, borrow, or steal my way into Boston U. In the likely event that I am rejected for lousy grades and bland heritage, I'm aiming for any other East Coast college that'll take me. (My family issues have gotten worse over the years. Think Roald Dahl colliding with Days of Our Lives in a pileup with The Sopranos.) I have no idea what I'm going to study, but I would like to at least minor in Russian studies. I've been working on learning it from my family... so far I can stutter out some halting, piecemeal vocabulary and cuss out anyone in earshot.

I have some writing--fanfic and otherwise--stashed in my Memories. Check under "My Writing", if you want to see. The prompts are mostly clutter from the prompt_a_day community, which was pretty much my only regular LJ interaction. The real stuff's mostly at the bottom. If you like Avatar, I am particularly proud of "Yours."
