What's one moment (or more than one moment) that you think happened within the confines of the series that we never got to see that you'd really like to have seen

For example, I would have loved a scene between Laura and Lee after the trial in Crossroads in which they reconcile their feelings about his revelation about her chamalla use. Why he did it, and how they both felt about it afterward.
This. We've seen so much from the beginning and "kick ass" to that. And it's like their relationship on screen gets lost with that trial. After those moments there are almost no Laura/Lee moments to talk about. Or have I missed something here?
And also, Bill's reaction to Lauras loss of hair. BIG MISSTAKE NOT SHOWING THAT. You understand they're still not agreeing on Kara later on, but these two people are in love, and that's a big part off that season and WHY can't they show them making up? I mean, doesn't have to be sex, just let them talk to each other.
OMG yes. That fight needed a tender make up moment. You just want to cry watching her go through that alone, especially after the harsh words from Adama.
Roslin: You're so afraid to live alone.
Adama, pouring yet another drink: And you're afraid to die that way.
Roslin, grinning bitterly: Hmm.
Adama: You're afraid that you may not be the Dying Leader you thought you were. Or that your death may be as meaningless as everyone else's.
Watching Exodus part 2, I was hanging out for an Adama/Roslin reunion scene :( and it never happened. Oh, there would have been so much angst after all she had been through since she had last scene him. I'll just have to pretend that the last scene from the Hub inserted in there too.
How Laura ended up in Bill's rack at the end of TABFAYW. Lovely scene, but seriously random.
I would have liked to have seen Laura reconnect in some way with Hera after Athena got her back from the cylons. Having been in close contact with her on NC, and their existance owing to one another, I don't think there's way Laura wouldn't want to see her when she was brought back to the Fleet. Even more so when her cancer returned (if only for contemplations sake).
And I stand with everyone else on the Laura/Bill reunion after the exodus.
