Aw craaaaaap, now you've got me all bawly and weepy and wanting to smushle both of them. *sniffs*

While I hope that they don't take this bent in season two/three, and am working on a fic myself to go a different route, it's still all too likely. But I love this, how you show that Sherlock has no clue what he's doing really, just that it needs to be done. It's a much less...cold-hearted approach, than the canon Holmes approach was, and that I do appreciate.

It's beautiful, even if it yanked my heart out. <3

I totally agree with you that I hope they don't take the whole three-year route because...that would just be horrible-I seriously would be crying without shame. It would be too much. And I'm seriously waiting at the edge of my seat for that fic! XD When you mentioned the plot bunnies attacking you I was eager to read it!
