It's like that scene in Clockwork Orange where Alex and the droogs break into the writer's house, except it's Disney breaking into Dreamworks' house, and as they have their way with the Dreamworks formula they're saying, "THIS is how it's done. With this flick Disney proves it can rip off Warner Brothers better than Dreamworks can.

I highly recommend The Nostalgia Chick's video rants on Disney vs. Dreamworks; "The Rise of the Eyebrow specifically references Tangled, and "Dualing" explains why Dreamworks' animation sucked so much for so long and is evidently getting less suckish (I haven't dragged myself to one since I heard how Shrek II was sooooo much better than the first and I found it more of the same, with one, count it one, laugh in 80 minutes.

I think your review is the straw that made this camel's back, um, watch Tangled at some point, I just didn't feel like it!

Halfway through: thus far, there's way too much of singing exactly what they're doing, or what they just said. The music hardly adds anything.

we just recently saw this too. i thought it was cute (in an ok way) and surprisingly charming. i expected nothing and was amused as a consequence, i guess =]
