My cat gives me funny looks for/because of my music ALL THE TIME. She has no taste.

Thanks... I'm now picturing you (or actually this sort of vaguely realized female shape)wearing red velour track pants, sprinkling crushed corn flakes on top of a macaroni & cheese/fudge brownie casserole in SLOW MOTION with O Fortuna playing in the background.

It's all very epic.

Yay epic! Also, I've never before mixed mac and cheese with fudge brownies in the same bite. The same meal, yes, but then again, I don't think that meal had anything to do with cornflakes. It sounds interesting, and also vaguely time-saving. Why waste time with three meals when you can have all of them in one?! (And yes, brownies totally count as dinner.)

interesting. my favorite word is 'superfluous.'

i don't believe i've seen any of mr. besson's french films, but i've enjoyed his english-language work.

my favorite french director is jean-pierre jeunet, mostly because his are the only french movies i've seen; i can overlook alien resurrection.

Superfluous is also a very good word.

I've only seen Amelie, which I enjoyed. Most times I'd rather get a root canal than watch a French film, so any film having anything to do with France/the French that I like MUST be awesome. *Grin*

#4: OMG we went to the same cooking school! One cat usually hangs around to score scraps, the others turn up their noses. But they miss out!

I think my favourite word, at the moment, is circumspect. Personally, I am never circumspect about anything, but some of the people I write about are.

They're definitely missing out. And your icon is so adorable! (And true!)

Circumspect is an excellent word. I love the faux-hissing c's and s's, broken by the harsh 'c' and 't' sounds.

Everytime I read your entries they make me LOVE YOU more! I <3 your 5 things... it makes me wish I could have a kitty (but my boy is allergic)

I also need to think hard on what my favorite word is, there are so many great ones that I really can't pick one favorite for every single day though "superfantasticable" probably gets in the top 10 on any day

I haven't scared you away yet?! *Must try harder!*

Superfantasticable is an AWESOME word.
