I really liked the connection between the two timelines in this story and how they fit the lyrics and the imagery of the song this fic is based on.

This was absolutely lovely. Koyama was just beautiful and wonderful and real, the way he helped the little girl when she hurt herself, the way he was suspicious of Pi, but only for so long... <3

I love the way Pi gets more and more frantic the longer the dreams go on and reveal that he and Keisuke were growing apart, the way he's just that more desperate to make sure it doesn't happen again, and his disappointment when he realizes that it has is heartbreaking.

And then, AS THEY SHOULD THANK YOU, he gets another chance, and the flash-forwards where they become closer and closer are so wonderful and perfect and an excellent counterpoint to the past where they could only ever become farther apart. And then. AND THEN. Koyama doesn't get off at his stop! I WIBBLED LIKE A KID and literally went "KOYAMAAAAAAAAAA."

ARGH. SO GOOD.

I'm really happy you enjoyed it. As I mentioned, when I was writing I kept thinking "Tara might like this..." <3 I sort of lost steam at the end though (it was already 6 AM after an all nighter, LOL).

But of course he wouldn't get off at his stop. :D :D
