Okay, so three weeks ago I went to the FBR anniversary show in New York with inlovewithnight and romanticalgirl. It was super great! I met a bunch of people! I told them very earnestly about how profound Cobra Starship is. Some of those people have friended me since. Hi, guys! Yay for awesome gig times! I'm kind of jealous; I haven't listened to Cobra's music in a good long while (except for that one single which is kind of a hit I think - oh god haha I sound so clueless) but TAI & Cobra & GCH? Will never not be hell of a good time.

I am pretty sure Cobra is a piece of bandom I am just never going to be able to shake, and I'm actually pretty into the new album. And the TAI-Cobra-GCH trifecta is always a good time. I've seen them all together a couple of times before, but this was the first time I've seen William, Travie and Gabe all do Snakes on a Plane together, and it was pretty great. I wish I hadn't been *quite* so drunk, but still pretty great. :)

Um, if you felt in any way disposed to talk about all (almost!) SPN thoughts then that would be an excellent sort of way to get back into fandom! From a very selfish point of view on my part, anyway :')

But um. I am glad you are still into all things Cobra, that is a thing that is pretty great <3

Awww, SPN. My relationship with that show is SO COMPLICATED because I loved the first two seasons so much and the later shift away from intense family drama/tragedy that happens to be about demon hunters to God&angels just never worked for me completely. But! I have heard good things about this season and have pretty much made up my mind to watch it as it airs (I've watched this show from day one. Why stop now? :) ) I just haven't done it yet! But when I have, I will come back with my thoughts.

I think I may always be into Cobra. I am cursed to love Gabe Saporta forever. /o\

Ugh, dude. I am so with you on SPN. Garren is like, OMG OMG, and I'm like, "Eh." I think it, along with a few other shows, I still LIKE. They're enjoyable, but it just feels like everyone has stopped growing or something?
