Lexi's Quest
I've tried to do a couple of these in the past, but they've never really panned out and recently i've caught the bug for doing another one.
A livejournal based game, much like the old 'Turn to page' adventures that people have probably heard of in the past.
This is Lexi.
She doesnt know where she is, and is only dimly aware that she is 'Feminine'. All she remembers is having being in this particular place and that she cannot leave this place, that she has been attached to this place and that she cannot leave it. Around her is a confusing, unshapen void that she cannot perceive an ending to. She is aware of some other things, and she can, if she wishes to, use these things. She is dimly aware that these things are 'Vision' (Eye), 'Memory' (Book) and 'Voice' (Mobile Phone). Something has changed and she is unsure what it is, almost as if she had been in some sort of extended period of muted existance and only now is she able to fully comprehend the situation that she is in.
Lexi's mind is full of confusing thoughts and opinions, and these voices are the things that guide her to act in various ways as this game progresses. When the voices all have different ideas of what should be done, Lexi will find herself confused and unable to act. However, when the voices (Who occasionally talk to each other) Make a consensus about what should be done, or outnumber the voices that do not agree, Lexi will act in the most popular choice. You, my wonderful F-list, may provide the voices in however such manner you choose, wether that be by speaking as Lexi, speaking as advising lexi, or staying completely out of character and narrating an opinion of what should be done. That is, if you choose to get involved with this game!
I'll be looking to update the game once a day, probably before i head off to work, however real life may get in the way of this and so the game may run a little slowly. There will be many puzzles to solve and a (hopefully) interesting storyline to follow!
At any rate, Lexi would really like some advice for what to do, Voices. She is confused and has no idea what is going on!
