Drama follows me like puppy chasing after that young kid, hoping they will take it home and care for it. Well, drama can go fuck yourself!

I am sorry you're having to be put through all of this. I can understand about feeling like you have a target on your back for the legal system; as you know, I was falsely arrested during a grand mal seizure because my flailing limbs struck the cop who was responding to the scene. While it's supposedly been scrubbed from my record, someone in Colorado Bureau of Investigations fat fingered the charge and it still comes up...as a federal offense when it was initially a second degree felony which was dismissed by the judge --- with prejudice.

Sometimes you can only protect yourself. You may need to distance yourself from your brother if he's going to go back to an old, bad crowd and treat you so poorly.

The case I was in was supposed to be a second degree as well. However between the cops taking it to the media too soon, distorting all of the facts, none of the stories were the same, and my brother's friend evetually confessing that he did it, my felony was dropped, but my lawyer didn't want to fight it so he made me plead "no contest." I was so mad, because I did nothing wrong and I still go probation over it.

Did you get a medicial reason to hold up in court? Because your situation isn't right as well.

I appreciate your thoughts. I just hope that this guy doesn't get my brother kicked out of his nursing house. It took my father and my brother's social worker almost 4 months to get my brother there.
