More Thanksgiving, finally getting on the old computer again, and some quite pleasant surprises.

Saturday had us heading over to Aunt Pat and Uncle Jess's place for Thanksgiving.

I am posting this only to show off a new icon I gacked from somewhere.

It's fun to get old boxes running again. you find all kinds of treasures of them.

You know it. Makes me want to see if I can use the flash drive on my OLD old computer (the one we had before we got the old computer, which runs Win 95). I've got another big load of files on there that I'd like to send over to this computer as well, including a good number of web pages that I saved from the Internet and the WAD file for the full version of Heretic that I got from Uncle Nick all those years ago.

One day, I'll get around to transferring all the old OctaMED stuff of mine from the Amiga floppies. Those were the days. You felt like some kind of god using a three-button mouse. And the Chaos Engine- good times. I wonder why they haven't brought that back for the iPad or something?
