Yikes. When soulless!Sam is the best option, you know it's bad. Poor Dean, goodness. That last line was strangely horrible. Really well done and scarysad.

To quote someone I know: all hurt, no comfort. Poor Dean. I think even though I broke Sam, he's the real victim in this particular story. :(

It's terrible to think this could actually be Sam's reality, but the fact that we all know Dean will always be there makes it not exactly bearable but less horrid.

I'd say that's hands-down the eeriest out of the post-6.22 fics I've read. Well done on that count, but the hopelessness of it. Dang. Poor Dean, dealing with that.
Yay for out-of-control psychic powers though. :)

I love them all, in their individually insane ways. The serial killer, the tortured psychic, the heart-breaking psychotic. I've always wanted to see more of Sam's various incarnations and this only whets my appetite. I can not even imagine a road trip with them; poor poor Dean. Tough, wunnerful writing!
