Last week's episode of "Off the Map" had a patient-of-the-week with previously undiagnosed schizophrenia who had hallucinations but was generally nonviolent.

I don't think I ever heard of that series. What's it about?

It's like "Grey's Anatomy" in the jungle: a comedy-drama about doctors (most of them from the USA, tho two at least are played by Canadians) working at the Dharma Initiative a clinic in the middle of nowhere in an unspecified South (or Central?) American country. But it's filmed in Hawaii.
