Signups are now open here!

Just noticed this when I was making my signup, so sorry for the lateness. I nominated Rumiko Fujikawa/Steve Rogers/Tony Stark (616) under Marvel 616 because I didn't realize there were already multiple nominations under Marvel (Comics). My nom can be consolidated under that tag for everyone's convenience.

Sorry for the delay. At the time this was posted, due to the number of signups, it was already past the time we were comfortable editing the tagset.

Not trying to change your mind, because it's not a big deal, but I have to ask. Considering no one has requested or offered in the 616 category as of now, and only one person besides me has requested anything in the Comics tagset, and that likely no one had interacted with either when I actually posted this comment three days ago: did you guys actually think about this situation at all, or just decide 'no tagset editing on principle'? And then decide not to reply for three days? Or did you miss my comment and then decide it was too late, but not bother saying that? Or was there some other process at work?

Again, I don't really care about this particular situation, but I'm sort of wondering if some of the mods are new here, because my memory of this fest from previous years involves it being a lot less eyeroll-inducing.

In general we don't edit the tagset after signups are open. There is a set period of time in the schedule where we will make changes to the tagset. We did the first few because there were only a handful of signups at the time. When you made you first comment, signups had already been open for two day and there there were already 80+ signups. I saw it when I was going to bed, and forgot to reply.
