The Librarian wanted a toothy smile for a different picture that afternoon, but I just can't produce them on demand. Oddly enough, if such smiles arrive organically I can hold them for multiple shots (I knew I had a decent one for the photograph synchronaut took a few posts back, so I held on).

Bah - no reason other people can't make perfectly happy homes for themselves along the Great Lakes. I just knew from my first sight of Muir Beach (pictured behind the Librarian and me, above) that I had to come here.

I will let you know about those dates the instant I have a clue.
