Well, I did go to the party. New member night for MENSA. One of these days I will take the test and join, I guess. Brother Arthurpod did. Speaking of, Arthurpod came to the party and brought his girlfriend, M. (She needs a nickname.) He had been out of town for a while and it was good to see he made it home safely. The party was great. I was still too depressed to get really into it. At least I was smart enough to not drink any alcohol. Depression knows how to swim. However, the drunk people were fun.

It wasn't horrible, don't get me wrong. I did enjoy myself. I just don't drink - my body's chemicals are screwed up enough, I don't want to encourage any further deviation from the norm. I basically hung around JKL all night and made her play games with me. :)

Funny thing is,I did take the test for MENSA and I was asked to join many yaers ago,but I turned them down(due to most of them members in my area being a bunch of pretentious,self absorbed egotists).

The people down here are really smart but they aren't assholes. Oh, yeah... you're in a college town. There's yer problem. Elitist snobs who think they are teaching the world.
