The billboards feature pictures of black children with the words "Endangered Species".

OR's 'policy advisor'---Cheryl Sullenger---associated with Scott Roeder before he killed George Tiller.

Oh, and then there's the matter of her own arrest record---you know, the one where she tried to blow up an abortion clinic?

I really wish we could send those people to go live on an island somewhere. Maybe that trash heap in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

ETA: I hope it's clear I mean the anti-abortion group in this article and their ilk.

They say Margaret Sanger was racist? Then what does that make the pro-lifers in favor of this campaign?

They're just ~educating~ the black people, don't you see? As Cheryl Sullenger (white) said up there "They're not really aware of what's actually going on."

... and now I'm done. Rage headache is putting me to bed.

IF they were into the truth, maybe they'd ask why they have Cheryl Sullenger saying anything? She's the one who was convicted of attempting to bomb an abortion clinic. Then there's the fact that her phone number was found in Scott Roeder's possession when he killed George Tiller.

I don't know about you, but once I find out somebody's a would-be bomber---who's served time for it--and has been playing footsie with a murderer, they tend to lose a wee bit of credibility with me.

I have definitely heard that Margaret Sanger was in favor of eugenics, in my stupid Women Studies 101. (And possibly in my Genetics class, in the "history of" section. Trying to remember.) But this is...disgusting and bizarre.

They're oversimplifying to an incredible degree, if I remember correctly, and ignoring the fact that Sanger's views started out that way and changed as she aged. She wasn't exactly a weirdo for her time, either.

Also....they've got Cheryl Sullenger in the public eye? Why isn't she in jail alongside Scott Roeder? (see my other comments.)
