So, I'm a moderator on this kickass feminist comics forum. And recently, there's been a bit of a kerfluffle in one thread regarding the definition of "butch" and the use of derogatory language to describe women who don't fit traditionally acceptable definitions of femininity, and, inevitably, someone has invoked the descriptive epithet "real woman

Thanks for this! My partner and I were watching a show for the first time today, and he positively commented on the fact that the protagonist's girlfriend looked like a "real woman." I told him, "Of course she does - she is a real woman." But I didn't quite get the message across. So I saw this post and read it to him - it really hit the nail on the head. :)
