Sundry

1. Bah. I have sinusitis. Experienced it as a toothache yesterday, through the night, and this morning, but the dentist I saw earlier says there's nothing wrong with my teeth. Just that the nerves are being twanged by whatever my sinuses are doing (to wit, roaring at the rest of my face and dripping bloody gunk out my nose). The pain has got a LOT ( Read more... )

Yes to Buffy, in a mixture of video and DVD. In fact, I can give you the first half of season 6 on tape. Can loan 4 & 5 on video and 6 & 7 on DVD.

I want to see all the other stuff too.

I could pop round with them (or some, depending) in a couple of weeks, when I'm back from London?

I must get an actual Buffy icon. I thought this was, until I saw the episode again - it's Faith in Angel.

Unstable? Don't you mean, oh, potentially fatal? Linnea has clear memories of The Time The Chair Broke In Oisin's House.

Sinusitis: My last bout, which was evil, went away with PINTS of hot tea all day every day and occasional turning upside-down and putting saline in there. Neck rolls, neck massage, and crab positions helped a lot too. If I knew why I would tell you.

Ahaha, yes. Well, that particular chair is not on offer. I've attempted to stabilise the four that are, but they need something more, I think. The table is proving surprisingly hard to get rid of. Oxfam Home won't take it without matching chairs, and the one Freecycler who expressed interest hasn't replied to the three mails I've sent him since.

Oh, great! It's not urgent, or anything - just bear me in mind for when D's mum is finished with it.

Bearing in mind that Torchwood can be very scary in parts and very sad in others and, at times, made me cry _buckets_, and I find it hard to cry, full stop.
