It's been a while

It sure has been a while - I haven't been around here at all - either to read or to write.  Not incredibly long, but put behind a cut.

About me:

awww, this is a time of change so of curse full of stress. I am the same way - I like to be settled and have a set schedule. I hope you can adjust soon and even get some workout time in. I prefer to do it in the morning, but 4:30 is way too early! Maybe you will have to adjust to evening but I agree, that's always tough. At that point you just want to go home!

Right - when I get home, I just want to relax a little. I tried exercising yesterday right when I got home and before starting dinner, and it worked out alright.

I only went for about 20 minutes, though...I used to do an hour at least, and every day.

I think I might try to get a good half hour in a few times a week right after work and see how it works. If not, maybe I just won't take pills to sleep, get up super-early, and exercise.

Maybe then I'll actually be tired at a reasonable hour. :-)

glad u are happy and made a choice on the jobs. Change is so hard and it takes a while to adjust to knew things...I have that smae problem...I hate change and I hate having and making plans only to have them change or cancled last min.!

def. take some pics from the belly dancing...sounds like so much fun.

since u cants exercise, maybe you can start walking of jogging at night, thats if you feel comfortable, have someone to go with and live in asafe neighborhood (I cant go out at night alone it scares the shit out of me)

that sucks the trazadone doesnt work...it worked really well for me. its sunny how some things can work for some people, but not others...i was up to 200mg at one point...now i only take maybe 50mg twice a month...i am so happy my insomnia went away! good luck to you though!

Thanks for all the comments!
If I went out to run, it'd only be to go around the cul-de-sac that we live in - we live at the top of a very steep hill, so there's no way that I'd want to go running up and down! Once down and up would probably end my exercise. :-P

I tried yesterday, though, to dance for about 20 min after I got home before I started dinner. I think I'm going to try doing that a few times a week.
