Have you ever seen this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YGc4zOqozo A man's guitar was broken by luggage handlers while he was traveling, and he was angry that the airline refused to compensate him, so he wrote a song and posted it on youtube. After a few hundred thousand views, United Airlines reconsidered. :P I thought the video was awesome. It just shows the power of the internet. xD
