Absolutely wonderful. Loved how the use of these "imaginary" lives highlighted just how perfect the "real" lives of our boys are. Also loved that the H/C was to those "other" guys and not ours. It made for a happy christmas.

Oh, yay! I remembered you telling me about this fic, and I'm glad you got to it. I do love the idea of the 'what-if' for them because obviously with the the way their lives have turned out, it's hard not to wonder. Most especially with Neal. True, he could have had a good, normal, life with a real job, but Neal is Neal and it's hard to picture him any other way. Same with Peter. But it was great to see them in another life and for them to realize they like their lives just the way they are.

Even with crazed wives demanding cranberries and nutmeg. ;-) Hehe, gotta love Elizabeth when she gets that way.
