Not trying to fight here--just playing devil's advocate here, but...how exactly do you guys plan to bring peace? I mean, most of the time, it looks like you're making the first strikes.
Yes, but what has DATS done for you all? It doesn't look like they're trying to bring us any closer to bringing peace to this world or to let us go home. In fact, I fear that they may be trying to keep us here.
Well, maybe not. But at the same time, if Kurata could get you home, why hasn't he already? Wouldn't it just be easier, be better, if he just ignored DATS and got everyone home? Why not concentrate on saving the world rather than fighting DATS?

I understand, Miss Clyne. It would be much easier if they would just see that we are right.
But, Satsuma, Yushima and Daimon are reasonably charismatic and competent leaders. If someone were to desert them for us, I don't know that I would trust that person. If they turned traitor once, they might again.
Hopefully, the three leaders of DATS will see sense and surrender quickly. Or at least abandon the attack -- we have a secure position here, and they would expend needless resources and possibly even lives trying to defeat us. Given their stated goal is to defeat the Demon Kings, wasting resources on attacking us could weaken them to an assault from that angle.

Yes... yes, it would.
You are right on that part. On my world, I know of a few people who had switched sides during a war, only to be let back on with a small slap on the wrist, only to turn back again... of course, maybe it was my fault in that part...
Either way, I want to end this senseless combat as soon as possible, if not immediately. You are right, though, it would be a pointless assault. DATS needs to get their priorities straightened...

I guess you can say that I am as charismatic as DATS' leaders. Of course, when the leaders of the two main factions think that the only way to bring peace is to completely eradicate the other side and its innocents, well...
I believe it can, but until we can finally work our differences out and see everything in one clear vision, then the possibility of that happen is very slim.
Ngh... Gotta quit letting those two answer these things...
Heh. You think that I've put my faith in anyone? I'm a mercenary, a wandering sword, I go where fate takes me.
Right now there's barely a handful people in this world that I'll listen to. Less at the moment, actually.
Ask yourself this, why would we all be so angry with you all in the first place? The man you trust is a kidnapper, a criminal. But you probably won't listen. It doesn't matter to me. In spite of what my partners may think, we'd miss you. Nobody wants to see you all like this.

The only place that Kurata will send you is hell. If you can't open your eyes, we will not miss you.
