We always talk about how people need to do their part, but some people don't do anything.

I think the people of World's End need to start doing something about those people.

[Assuming Ketara is expressing her trainer's views not only in words but in attitude, well, ... they sound pretty upset, both of them.]

[Rion's not even being entirely rational with this, since he's ignoring that he's friends with people who -- quite honestly -- don't do much for World's End.]

We don't have a plan yet. We need to figure that out, and maybe the people who do things should figure out what to do with the people who don't. [Fumingly, now. This isn't fair - isn't fair at all, that some people get a free pass.]
