I consider myself a pretty even-keeled member of fandom.  I stay out of drama and although I tend to write stuff that falls pretty solidly on the "fucked up" side of the spectrum, I think that I am for the most part friendly and good about putting up warnings on anything that people might find offensive.

HOWEVER.

Sometimes I get stuff like this and I ( Read more... )

XD What makes me laugh is that they said "everything else rocked." Um... that was sort of... the driving motive of Leon, there. XD

Sometimes I wish I got reviews like that, just so I could make fun of them later. Haha, but I guess I don't write stories that are controversial enough for it. Maybe I should try. XD

"I'd keep the homosexual stuff out if you want to get more popular." Er. Have you LOOKED at the rest of FF.net?! Hahaha! ~.~

Ahem. I'm sure that this person is *gigglesnort* very nice and was *stifled laughter* just trying to give some *coughwheeze* constructive criticism, and we probably shouldn't *snort* make fun of him...

BWAHAHAHA.

silly people who don't read warnings.

on the one hand, a review longer than 4 words which wasn't mindless praise.

on the other hand, silly review good for a laugh because someone didn't read the summary.

I went and read it based on this rant, and I have to say I thought it was pretty IC consdiering we know NOTHING about the Big Six Org members except they used to work with Xehanort under Ansem. Plus, from what the reviewer said, I expected blood guts and penises all over the place, but it was actually all pretty tame and understated. I get the feeling this reviewer is either overly sensitive (in which case, why read a fic marked with all those warnings?) or just likes making a fuss over nothing - all fur coat and no knickers. Don't worry about it. I actually loved that fic, since I don't read Braig very often.
